Return & Refund Policy – MarkyPi Studios
All Sales Final
Due to the custom, handmade, and limited nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or general refunds.
Order Cancellations
- Prebuilt Items: Orders may be canceled for a full refund only if the request is made before the item has shipped.
- Preorder Items: Orders may be canceled for a full refund up to 1 month before the stated ship/due date.
- After these timeframes, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is:
- Damaged in transit
- Defective
- Incorrect (wrong item received)
Contact us immediately at Contact@MarkyPiGaming.com with photos and details. We’ll review the issue and make it right (replacement or resolution at our discretion).
Custom / Handmade Items
All products are considered custom or small-batch functional art. Because of this:
- We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, misuse, or normal wear.
- Minor variations or imperfections are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
