- Preorder / Made-to-Order Items: Ship within the timeframe listed on the product page

Lost or Stolen Packages

MarkyPi Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.

If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
